I authorize Center for Community Solutions to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Tea and Tonic 2021. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
Your credit card will be charged only if you make an auction/raffle purchase or donation at the event. You will then automatically receive a confirmation receipt by email.
